What is your process for checking in on our execution between quarterly sessions, and how do we use our Circle workspace to communicate without adding extra meetings to our calendar?

We do not add unnecessary meetings to your schedule. Between our full-day sessions, your team runs their weekly Level 10 Meeting to keep operations moving. My role is to observe your execution from a high level and provide the tools you need to stay on track.

We use our dedicated Circle workspace as our primary communication hub. After every session, I upload the complete session summary, your updated V/TO, your clean Accountability Chart, and your finalized quarterly Rocks to this workspace. This becomes your single source of truth.

If your Integrator or any leadership team member runs into a roadblock, they post the issue directly in the workspace. I check this space regularly and provide direct guidance, templates, or resources to help you solve the problem. This asynchronous communication keeps your momentum high without forcing you into another Zoom call.

I also use the workspace to share specific frameworks, such as exit readiness tips from the Step by Step Exit model or AI operations guidelines. This ensures you are constantly learning and applying new operational efficiencies. You get the support you need, exactly when you need it, while keeping your calendar completely clear for execution.
