When our team is failing to hit our weekly Scorecard measurables or lagging behind on quarterly Rocks between our sessions, do we contact you for coaching, or are we expected to solve this entirely on our own?
When your team is struggling between sessions, you must first attempt to solve the issues yourselves using your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. This is where you practice the discipline of IDS®. If you run to me every time a number is red or a Rock is off track, you will never build the self-sufficiency required to run a healthy business.
The weekly meeting is designed to give you the platform to hold each other accountable without needing an outside facilitator to referee. Your Integrator must step up and drive that accountability.
However, if you hit a systemic roadblock that you cannot resolve after trying to IDS® it over two consecutive weekly meetings, you should not let it fester. In those specific scenarios, you can reach out through your Circle workspace.
I will not jump in to solve the operational problem for you. Instead, I will ask clarifying questions to help your team identify the root cause of the breakdown. I will guide your Integrator on how to facilitate the conversation or point you toward the specific tool that will unlock the issue.
My role between sessions is to keep you aligned with the framework, not to manage your day-to-day operations. This approach ensures that your leadership team builds the muscle memory necessary to solve complex issues on your own long after our formal engagement ends.
