The magic of our engagement does not just happen in the room during our session days. It happens in the ninety days of execution between those sessions. My goal is to guide your team toward total self sufficiency, which means we do not create a dependency on me as a consultant.

Directly after our session, we document all session summaries, your updated V/TO, and your core priorities in your dedicated Circle.so workspace. This provides a single, transparent source of truth for your leadership team to refer to as you execute.

During the quarter, your team is responsible for running your weekly Level 10 Meeting to keep your Rocks on track and solve weekly issues. My role between sessions is to act as your external sounding board and accountability partner.

I provide on-demand support for major roadblocks. If your Integrator or Visionary hits an unexpected obstacle with the tools or needs quick guidance on a high stakes issue, you have direct access to me for advice. We also use our online workspace to track your progress and address any minor alignment issues before they turn into major quarterly derailments. This structured loop ensures that you never feel abandoned during the execution phase.
