Aside from simple administrative homework, what are the core behavioral and operational prerequisites our leadership team must meet before we can realistically start our journey with you?

The mechanical tools of EOS are easy to understand, but the system fails if the leadership team lacks the behavioral readiness to implement them. Before we enter our first session day, your team must commit to three non-negotiable behaviors.

First, you must have a willingness to be completely open and honest. If your team is polite but silent, or if you hide issues to protect egos, the process will fail. We must be able to put the real issues on the table without fear of personal attacks. Every member of the leadership team must be ready to accept constructive criticism and have difficult, unfiltered debates.

Second, the business owner must be ready to let go of control. If you are a visionary founder who insists on maintaining a hand in every operational decision, you are not ready for this. You must be willing to delegate authority to the seats on your Accountability Chart and let your Integrator run the day-to-day operations.

Third, you must commit to vulnerability. This means admitting when you do not know the answer, acknowledging when a Rock is off track, and admitting when a person in a seat is not the right fit. If your leadership team is more concerned with looking smart than being effective, we will waste our time. If you have these three baselines, the system will transform your business.
