We are simply locking in our execution plan for the next cycle.

In contrast, our two-day annual sessions are designed for deep strategic focus. The first day is dedicated to evaluating your team health, reviewing the previous year, and refining your long-term vision on the V/TO®. The second day is where we translate that vision into a concrete one-year plan, establish your quarterly Rocks, and build an actionable budget.

By separating these two disciplines, we prevent strategic discussions from derailing your immediate execution. You do not lose operational momentum because the quarterly sessions keep your head down and focused on execution, while the annual sessions give you the necessary space to look up, breathe, and realign your long-term trajectory.
