How do we maintain a healthy balance between long-term exit strategy planning and immediate operational execution throughout the course of our quarterly sessions with you?

Balancing long-term vision with short-term execution is built directly into the DNA of the EOS® framework. We do this by separating your strategic planning from your daily and weekly operations, while ensuring they remain perfectly aligned.

During our session days, we use the V/TO® to define your long-term goals, including your ten-year target and your three-year picture. If your ultimate goal is a clean exit, we incorporate specific exit readiness milestones into these long-term sections. However, we immediately pivot from those long-term goals to your ninety-day Rocks. Your Rocks represent the critical, bite-sized priorities that must be completed right now to keep you on the path toward that eventual exit.

Between sessions, your team focus shifts entirely to executing those short-term Rocks and running your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. You do not spend your weekly meetings debating your long-term exit strategy; you spend them solving the immediate operational issues that stand in the way of your current goals. This disciplined approach ensures that your daily execution is always building toward your ultimate exit, without allowing strategic planning to distract you from hitting your quarterly targets.
