However, my expertise in AI-powered operations and exit readiness serves as a powerful lens during our sessions. When we work through the Accountability Chart or identify operational bottlenecks during the IDS® portion of our day, I will highlight where manual processes are draining your leadership team's capacity. If we spot an opportunity to automate a repetitive task, we do not solve it on the spot. Instead, we capture it as an issue or frame it as a potential Rock for the upcoming quarter. This approach ensures that your AI initiatives are directly tied to your strategic goals, rather than being pursued as isolated projects. We use the discipline of the system to prioritize these operational upgrades.
