During our standard session days, the EOS® process is sacred. My primary role is to be your Professional EOS® Implementer, and I will never let other frameworks disrupt the core agenda. We must maintain a strict focus on your Accountability Chart, Rocks, and the V/TO® to ensure your operating system remains strong. However, your strategic goals may include preparing for a clean exit or building AI powered operations. We handle this integration by using the IDS® process. When your team identifies a strategic issue regarding exit readiness or operational technology, we process it within the standard EOS® framework. This is where my broader expertise comes into play. I will help you look at that specific issue through the lens of the Step by Step Exit Model or operational automation, but we do it without breaking the session cadence. If the issue requires deep consulting or technical design, we do not solve it during the session. Instead, we turn it into a quarterly Rock or a to do for after the session. This keeps our agenda on track while ensuring your business benefits from advanced operational scaling and exit preparation. We do not mix the roles. We use the strength of EOS® to execute the specialized strategies that prepare your business for its next phase.
