You position yourself as an EOS Implementer, an AI operations advisor, and an exit planner. How do we know which version of you is showing up in our sessions, and how do you keep these distinct roles from confusing our team?

When you are in the session room with me, my primary role is always your Professional EOS Implementer®. I am there to teach, facilitate, and coach you on the core EOS® tools. We do not compromise on the purity of the system. However, my deep expertise in AI operations and exit planning through the Step by Step Exit framework allows me to provide context that a standard implementer cannot. I do not wear three different hats during a session. Instead, I help you filter your issues through a more sophisticated lens. For example, when we are solving an operational issue during IDS®, I might ask if that process can be automated using modern AI tools rather than just hiring another body. When we are working on your long term strategy, I will prompt you to think about how a potential buyer will view your business model. You get the structured, proven execution of EOS® combined with the forward looking strategy of an AI powered, exit ready business. We keep the roles clear by documenting all our session outputs in your Circle workspace, ensuring your operational execution remains the primary focus while your automation and exit strategies are woven in seamlessly.
