Since you work both as an EOS Implementer and an AI operations advisor, how do we structure our relationship so that we do not confuse foundational organizational health with technical automation projects during our engagement?

To get the maximum value from our engagement, we must maintain a clear boundary between foundational EOS facilitation and advanced technical advisory. During our official session days, my sole role is to serve as your EOS Implementer. I am there to facilitate, teach, and guide your team through the system tools. We will not use session time to select software, design AI workflows, or architect IT infrastructure. If your leadership team identifies operational bottlenecks that could be solved through automation or artificial intelligence, we capture those opportunities on your Issues List. We then address them outside of our standard session days. I can work with you in a separate advisory capacity to help build your AI-powered operations roadmap, but this work must never dilute the core EOS process. Keeping these roles separate prevents your team from getting distracted by technological shiny pennies when you should be focusing on leadership alignment, accountability, and execution. We build the healthy operational foundation first using EOS, and then we layer on the advanced technology to scale your efficient processes.
