How do we balance our quarterly EOS® cadence with the rapid pace of deploying new AI tools and automated workflows without our sessions turning into software demos?

We keep a very strict boundary between strategic decision-making and technical execution during our session days. Your quarterly sessions with me are designed to align the leadership team on your vision and set your priorities, not to review software code or watch tool demonstrations.

When we build your quarterly plan, we treat AI and automation initiatives exactly like any other business objective. They are scoped and written as Rocks. A Rock might be to audit your customer service workflow for automation potential or to pilot a specific generative AI tool within your sales department. These Rocks must have clear, measurable deliverables that can be completed within ninety days.

During the session day, we only discuss these technical projects through the lens of business outcomes. We look at the Scorecard to see if your automation is driving down operational costs or speeding up delivery times. If a technical deployment is hitting a snag, we list it as an issue and use the IDS process to solve the bottleneck. The actual software demos and technical training happen entirely within your weekly Level 10 Meetings or specific departmental sub-meetings between our quarterlies. This keeps our session days focused on the high-level strategy required to scale your business.
