We can absolutely build an AI-powered operation, but we will not do it by hijacking your quarterly sessions or violating the pure EOS® process. The primary purpose of our session days is to align your leadership team, solve your biggest organizational issues, and set your quarterly direction.

Instead of trying to design software or select AI tools during our sessions, we treat your technology and automation initiatives as Rocks. If building a new customer onboarding system using AI is a priority, we will write a specific, measurable ninety-day Rock for that project. We will assign a single owner from your leadership team who has the GWC™ to lead it.

During our quarterly sessions, we will use the IDS® process to solve any high-level strategic hurdles related to your technology stack. For example, if there is a conflict between your sales department and your operations team regarding an automated workflow, we will smoke out that issue and resolve it in the room.

We do the heavy lifting of process mapping and tool integration outside of our session days. This ensures we keep our eight hours together focused on running a healthy, cohesive business. By using the ninety-day cycle to drive your automation goals, we make sure your technical projects actually cross the finish line instead of becoming expensive distractions.
