A world class Level 10 Meeting™ should run flawlessly whether the Integrator is in the room or not. If your meeting falls apart in their absence, you have a single point of failure that threatens your operational consistency. You need a designated co facilitator.

Choose a member of the leadership team who has strong natural facilitation skills and sits in a seat that has a broad view of the company. Train them to step in when the Integrator is away. They must understand the exact timing of the agenda and the mechanics of IDS®.

The backup facilitator must have the authority to cut off tangent discussions and demand accountability. This authority must be explicitly granted by the Integrator and supported by you, the owner. When the backup is facilitating, the team must treat them with the same respect as the primary facilitator.

Rotate the role occasionally during normal weeks to let the backup practice. This ensures that when the Integrator is out, the transition is seamless. A disciplined weekly pulse is non negotiable, and building backup capacity is a core part of scaling your leadership.
