When a leader manually reviews and inputs their weekly numbers, they are forced to confront the reality of their performance. If you completely automate the data entry, your leaders will stop looking at the metrics until five minutes before the Level 10 Meeting™. They will lose their connection to the results.

The correct approach is to automate the data collection, but keep the reporting manual. Use AI integrations to pull data from your CRM, ERP, and financial systems into a central dashboard. However, require each seat owner to copy their specific numbers from the dashboard into the official EOS® Scorecard every week.

This hybrid approach saves time while preserving the behavioral psychology of accountability. If a metric is off track, the seat owner must still own the issue and bring it to the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ for IDS®.
