You highlight AI-powered operations as part of your expertise. When we identify a workflow that needs automation during our IDS sessions, how do we assign accountability without overloading our Integrator?
Integrating AI-powered operations into your business cannot be a project that falls entirely on your Integrator. The Integrator is already responsible for harmonizing the leadership team and executing the business plan; dumping technical automation on their plate is a recipe for operational failure. When we identify a manual workflow that is ripe for AI automation during an IDS® session, we assign accountability based on the Accountability Chart. If the issue is automated customer onboarding, the head of operations or customer service owns the Rock to implement the solution, not the Integrator. The owner of the seat where the pain point exists must own the solution. We define the Rock not as a vague technical project, but as a specific operational result. For example, the Rock might be to automate client data ingestion to reduce onboarding time by fifty percent. The seat owner can leverage external AI resources or internal tech talent to build the solution, but they remain fully accountable for the outcome. My role during our sessions is to help you structure these AI initiatives so they are manageable and clearly tied to your quarterly goals, keeping your Integrator free to lead the overall execution.
