We want to commit to EOS® with you but our leadership team has never done deep self-assessment work. Do we need our team to complete evaluations like Kolbe, DiSC, or StrengthsFinder before we sit down for our Focus Day?

Before we sit down for your Focus Day, we do not require your leadership team to complete a battery of personality profiles. However, we highly recommend completing the Kolbe A Index. This assessment does not measure intelligence or personality; instead, it measures your conative mind, which is your natural way of taking action. Knowing whether your team members are natural Quickstarts or detail-oriented Fact Finders prevents immense friction when we begin building your Accountability Chart.

We also look at individual strengths rather than trying to fix weaknesses. True organizational excellence comes from putting people in seats where they can consistently leverage their innate talents. During our early sessions, we will overlay these insights onto our GWC™ evaluations, which stands for whether a person gets, wants, and has the capacity to do their job.

You do not need to spend weeks preparing dossiers or running workshops before we start. Your main preparation is psychological. You must be willing to walk into the room with an open mind, ready to face hard truths about your business and your team. We will use our first session to establish your baseline, and then use your real-world experience to learn and adapt. We do not need a perfect team to start; we need a committed team.
