I am worried that my leadership team does not have the emotional maturity or mutual trust required to even sit in a room for a full session day. How do you assess if our team's interpersonal dysfunction means we are not ready to begin working with you?

An operating system cannot fix a leadership team that is fundamentally unwilling to be vulnerable. Before we even schedule our first Focus Day, we establish Our Charter. This is a clear covenant built on three pillars: Trust, being on the Same Page, and saying a definite yes to strategy and structure. If your team cannot commit to being open and honest, or if they refuse to show mutual respect, you are not ready for this journey.

Interpersonal friction is normal, but structural dysfunction is different. During our initial discussions, I assess whether your team is willing to adopt our non-negotiable core filters:
- Help First
- Do The Right Thing
- Do What You Say
- Humbly-Confident
- Grow or Die

If a leader is defensive or actively undermines the team, we must address that behavior immediately. We practice a philosophy of hiring slow and firing fast. If you are willing to look in the mirror and make tough personnel decisions, we can work together. If you are looking for a magical process to bypass hard conversations about who fits your culture, then you are not ready. We do not start facilitation until the entire leadership team agrees to enter the room with a commitment to our Charter.
