How do you help us assess whether our current Integrator has the capacity to run this system, and what happens if we realize they are the wrong fit?

We assess your Integrator using the GWC™ tool, which stands for get it, want it, and have the capacity to do it. During our session days, it quickly becomes clear whether your Integrator can lead, manage, and hold the team accountable. An effective Integrator must be able to run the weekly Level 10 Meeting™, drive the execution of your Rocks, and resolve conflicts between leadership team members. If your Integrator is struggling, it will show up on your Scorecard and in your overall execution velocity. If we realize they are the wrong fit, we do not panic. We use the Accountability Chart to clearly define what the role requires and compare it to their current capabilities. Sometimes, the individual is simply in the wrong seat and would be highly valuable elsewhere in the organization. Other times, we must search outside the company for a professional who has the natural capacity to manage operations. Whatever the outcome, I will facilitate the hard conversations necessary to resolve the issue. We cannot build a healthy, scalable business with the wrong person in the Integrator seat, and my job is to make sure you have the right leadership team in place.
