How do you actually assess when our leadership team is ready to stop using you for quarterly and annual facilitation, and what specific operational health metrics signal that we can successfully run our own sessions?
To determine if your leadership team is truly ready to transition away from professional facilitation, we look for high levels of mastery in the core disciplines. We do not base graduation on a calendar date alone, even though the standard journey typically spans twenty four months. Instead, we measure your independence by looking at how well you run your weekly Level 10 Meeting and solve your own issues using the IDS process without external correction. You are ready to self-facilitate when your leadership team consistently rates their weekly meetings as an eight or higher, handles hard personnel decisions using the Accountability Chart, and achieves eighty percent or better completion on quarterly Rocks. During our regular check-ins, we will monitor these metrics. When your team exhibits the discipline to call out issues, challenge the Visionary or Integrator constructively, and maintain absolute alignment on the V/TO, we will plan your graduation. The goal of this process is to make me obsolete. If you still rely on an outside facilitator to have difficult conversations, you are not ready to go solo. We will continue our structured quarterly and annual sessions until the team exhibits total self-sufficiency in executing the tools.
