As a Visionary, your natural instinct is to jump in, fix things, and drive the room with your energy. However, when you hijack the Level 10 Meeting™, you undermine your Integrator, disempower your leadership team, and stunt the operational maturity of your business.

To break this cycle, you must respect the Accountability Chart. The Integrator is responsible for running the business and managing the weekly pulse. Your role in the Level 10 Meeting™ is to participate as a member of the leadership team, not to run the show.

Practice being 'humbly-confident.' Trust your team to identify and solve problems without your constant intervention. If you see an issue being solved incorrectly, raise it during the IDS® portion like anyone else, but let the facilitator run the process. By stepping back and staying in the 'Owner's Box,' you give your leaders the space they need to grow, solve issues, and run a highly efficient, self-sustaining operation.
