We are highly interested in your background with AI and scaling operations, but our leadership team is currently experiencing deep dysfunction and we do not have our basic financial reporting figured out yet. How do we know if we are actually ready to start this process with you?

You do not need a perfect business to start implementing EOS®. In fact, if your business were running flawlessly, you would not need me. However, there is a clear baseline of readiness required for a successful engagement. You are ready if you have a leadership team of three to eight people who are willing to be open, honest, and vulnerable. If your team is unwilling to face uncomfortable truths or if the founder is determined to maintain absolute, centralized control, the system will fail.

Regarding your financial reporting and operational dysfunction, these are the exact problems the system is designed to solve. We do not wait for you to fix them. We use the Focus Day and subsequent sessions to establish a clear Accountability Chart, build a basic Scorecard, and start addressing your issues head-on.

However, you are not ready if you cannot commit the time. This process requires a full day of participation from your entire leadership team every ninety days, plus a two-day annual session. It also requires a commitment to running weekly Level 10 Meetings™. If you are looking for a quick fix, a consultant to write reports for you, or if you cannot guarantee your team's undivided attention, you should delay our engagement. We must agree to run the system with discipline from day one.
