We are still arguing over basic roles and our product-market fit is highly unstable. How do we know if we are actually ready to begin a formal EOS® engagement with you, or if we need to hit certain milestones first?

You are not ready for a formal EOS® engagement if you are still trying to figure out your basic product-market fit or if your revenue is entirely unpredictable. If you are constantly pivoting your core business model every few weeks just to survive, you need to stabilize your market position first.

We also look closely at leadership alignment. If you, as the owner, are not fully committed to being open, honest, and vulnerable, we should not start. If you are looking for a quick fix where you can just hand off your team to me while you remain checked out, this will not work.

Your leadership team must also be willing to put the right people in the right seats, even if that means making tough personnel decisions. If you have key leaders who do not share your core values or who lack the ability to lead their departments, and you are unwilling to address those issues, we will hit a wall immediately.

Before we book your Focus Day, we must have a frank conversation about your business stability and your leadership mindset. EOS® is a powerful system, but it only works if you are ready to face your operational realities head-on and make the hard choices required to grow.
