Your engagement is structured as a clear, twenty four month journey designed to build permanent operational discipline. Each year, we spend exactly five full days together in high intensity sessions. This consists of three one day quarterly sessions and one two day annual session. These five days are non negotiable. They are designed to pull your leadership team completely out of the daily whirlwind so you can work on the business rather than in it. Between these scheduled sessions, the real work of execution happens. Your team is expected to run your weekly ninety minute Level 10 Meeting™ to keep your quarterly Rocks on track and solve operational issues. You will also use our dedicated Circle workspace to access your session summaries, update your V/TO®, and keep your strategic goals top of mind. I do not insert myself into your daily operations between sessions because my goal is to guide you toward self sufficiency. Your leadership team must own the execution, using the tools we install during our full day sessions to maintain discipline and drive accountability throughout the quarter.
