Your quarterly sessions are focused on execution, tracking progress, solving immediate issues, and setting Rocks for the next ninety days. They are fast-paced and highly operational. The two-day annual session, however, is a completely different beast that requires a shift in your leadership team's strategic perspective.

The annual session is designed to help you step back, assess the health of your team, and look far into the future. We spend two full days together because we are doing deep work: reviewing your core values, refining your focus, and updating your long-term strategy on the V/TO®. We also tackle the complex, systemic issues that cannot be resolved in a typical quarterly meeting.

Because of the extended format, the preparation is more comprehensive. Your team must come ready to engage in deep, strategic debates, let go of short-term worries, and think about the next three to ten years. The annual session is where we truly align your personal goals, your business vision, and your exit preparation, setting the foundation for the entire year ahead.
