We want to understand the exact cadence of your sessions over the course of a year. How often do we meet for full days, and what are the scheduled touchpoints between those major milestones?

The execution cycle of EOS® is built on a tight, predictable cadence designed to create a consistent ninety-day operational rhythm. Over a standard twelve-month period, we will spend a total of five full days together in the session room. This includes three separate one-day quarterly sessions and one two-day annual session. This structured rhythm ensures your team never goes more than ninety days without stepping back to evaluate performance, realign on your vision, and set your new priorities. The quarterly sessions are intensely focused on execution. We review the previous quarter, solve outstanding issues, and set your Rocks for the next ninety days. The two-day annual session is different. It is a deeper strategic dive where we evaluate your team health, review your organizational vision in the V/TO®, and map out your three-year picture, your one-year plan, and your key strategic goals. Between these major milestones, we maintain momentum through brief, scheduled touchpoints. We conduct periodic Just Checking In calls at months six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and twenty-one. These short calls are designed to monitor your progress, address implementation bottlenecks, and ensure your team is consistently running effective weekly meetings. This combined cadence of full-day sessions and structured check-ins keeps your leadership team highly focused and accountable throughout the year.
