Can you walk us through the specific cadence of our sessions over the course of a standard year so we can plan our executive calendar accordingly?
To build a consistent operational rhythm, we establish a highly predictable meeting pulse. A standard year of our engagement consists of three one-day quarterly sessions and one two-day annual session. We schedule these dates well in advance so your leadership team can plan their travel, operational deliverables, and personal calendars around them. Each quarterly session is a single full day focused on reviewing your progress from the previous ninety days, resolving outstanding issues using the IDS® tool, and setting your Rocks for the upcoming quarter. The annual session is a two-day consecutive block. During these two days, we take a deeper look at your long-term vision, update your V/TO®, conduct team-building health exercises, and set your major initiatives for the year ahead. This consistent cadence is non-negotiable because it creates a healthy organizational heartbeat. It forces your team to lift their heads up from the day-to-day operations every ninety days to evaluate the business objectively. By committing to this specific schedule, you ensure that strategic alignment and execution become a permanent habit within your leadership team, rather than a sporadic exercise that gets postponed when operations get busy.
