Walk us through the physical and mental structure of an actual eight-hour session day so our leadership team knows exactly what to expect.

A typical session day runs from nine to five and is a highly structured, intense experience. We step completely out of your day-to-day operations to focus entirely on the business. We start by clearing your mind with a check-in to ensure everyone is fully present and any immediate anxiety is addressed. From there, we follow a strict agenda that balances strategic alignment, tool mastery, and real issue resolution. We spend a significant portion of the day using the IDS® tool to tackle your most critical issues. This is not a polite brainstorming session. It is a direct, honest, and sometimes uncomfortable process where we identify root causes and make hard decisions. We will review your Accountability Chart, refine your Scorecard numbers, and set your Rocks for the next ninety days. Mentally, this day is exhausting. You are making high-level decisions for hours, which is why we build in short, strategic pauses to reboot your energy. We do not allow phones, emails, or operational distractions in the room. This isolation is necessary to overcome the mental Resistance that tries to drag you back into comfortable daily tasks. By the end of the day, your team will have absolute clarity on what must be executed over the next quarter to prepare your business for a clean exit.
