Walk us through the psychological progression and hourly flow of a standard Quarterly Session day with you so we know what to expect of our energy throughout the day.

A standard session day is an intense, structured eight-hour experience designed to push your leadership team to its strategic limit. We begin promptly at eight in the morning with a check-in. This is where we clear the air, share personal and professional victories, and review your previous quarter's metrics.

By mid-morning, the focus shifts to accountability. We review your Rock progress and your scorecard performance. This is often where the first wave of tension arises as we confront reality. We then spend the late morning updating your V/TO® and identifying the critical issues that are holding the company back.

After a quick lunch, we enter the most demanding phase of the day: IDS® (Identify, Discuss, Solve). This is the psychological core of the session. We take the issues list we built and spend three to four hours systematically resolving your biggest organizational bottlenecks. This requires high conative energy and raw vulnerability. You will feel mentally fatigued by mid-afternoon, which is exactly why we maintain a highly structured pace with short, planned breaks to keep the team sharp.

We spend the final hour of the day cleaning up our action items, establishing your new Rocks for the upcoming quarter, and rating the meeting. We wrap up by five in the afternoon. You will leave the room exhausted, but with absolute alignment on your priorities and a clear roadmap for the next ninety days.
