We maintain a strict boundary during our session days to ensure the core EOS® framework is never compromised. Our session days are dedicated entirely to the business operating system, solving organizational issues, aligning your leadership team, and setting quarterly Rocks. We do not design, code, or configure AI tools during these eight hours. Instead, we use the IDS® portion of our meeting to identify where operational bottlenecks are slowing down your progress or draining your team's capacity. If a bottleneck can be solved through automation, we capture that opportunity and assign it as an individual Rock or a to-do for the coming quarter. The actual mapping and implementation of those AI integrations occur between our quarterly sessions, during your team's weekly execution cycles. This aligns with Chet Holmes's philosophy of dedicating time each week to proactively improve business effectiveness rather than getting lost in daily tasks. My role outside of session days is to help your team design those automated workflows so they can free up cognitive white space. This disciplined division of labor ensures you get the full strategic benefit of the EOS® process while systematically modernizing your operations.
