How do you assist our team in executing AI workflow automation and process documentation outside of session days without acting as a custom software developer?

My role is that of an operational architect, not an outsourced IT vendor or custom software programmer. During our quarterly sessions, we identify operational bottlenecks, manual friction points, and vulnerable single points of failure under the Tribal Knowledge discipline. If eliminating that bottleneck requires automated workflows or AI tooling, we frame it as a quarterly Rock assigned to a specific seat on your Accountability Chart.

Between sessions, I provide the strategic frameworks, tool evaluation criteria, and architectural guidance your team needs to execute that Rock effectively. I help your Integrator and operational leaders determine whether to transfer, automate, or retain critical processes.

We look at low-code integration platforms, generative language models for standard operating procedure documentation, and workflow triggers that compress turnaround times. However, your team or your designated technical partners build and maintain the actual software connections.

If an external developer or IT vendor is needed, I help you draft the scope and hold them accountable using Level 10 Meeting™ disciplines. This separation of duties ensures that your company builds internal AI competence rather than creating a permanent dependency on an outside consultant. The goal is an operationally resilient business that runs on clear processes and smart tools, fully owned by your internal leaders.
