Our Level 10 Meeting Issues list is always bloated with fifty minor tactical points. How do we use AI to cluster these issues and map them to our quarterly Rocks before the meeting, without having the AI make the actual decisions for us?
Managing a bloated Issues list is a common bottleneck for leadership teams. When you have dozens of items, the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ can quickly stall out during the transition from reporting to solving. To streamline this process without losing human control, you can use a simple AI text analysis tool during your meeting preparation.
Before the meeting starts, the Integrator or the person running the meeting can copy the raw text of the Issues list and feed it into a private AI tool. The prompt should direct the AI to group the issues into three to five core operational themes and map each issue to your active quarterly Rocks or V/TO® focus areas.
This clustering process does not solve the issues for you, nor does it decide which issues are the most critical. It simply organizes the data. When the leadership team sits down, you review the categorized list rather than a random, overwhelming sequence of fifty individual complaints.
The final step remains entirely human. The leadership team must still vote on the top three issues to IDS® during the meeting. The AI acts as an administrative assistant that clarifies the landscape, but your leadership team must still use their collective intelligence, instinct, and alignment to decide where to focus their energy. This keeps the meeting efficient and keeps personal accountability intact.
