To solve this, establish clear boundaries for how AI tools are used during your weekly pulse. Never use AI to create a full, verbatim transcript of your meetings. A verbatim record is a waste of digital space and a liability. Instead, configure your AI tool to only generate two specific outputs: a list of agreed-upon To-Dos with clear owners and due dates, and a summary of issues that were moved to the long-term Issues List on your V/TO®. The AI should not record who said what during the IDS® portion of the meeting. Make this policy explicit to your team. Let them know that the IDS® portion of the meeting remains a safe space where they can speak freely without fear of a digital record.
