Having AI write your standard operating procedures is easy, but getting your people to follow them is the hard part. This is where the Process Component of EOS becomes critical. AI can help you document processes quickly by analyzing your best employees' work patterns, but it cannot drive adoption.

To ensure your team actually follows the processes, you must leverage conative strengths, particularly team members with a high Follow Thru instinct on the Kolbe index. These are the people who naturally design, organize, and maintain systems. Assign the accountability for process compliance to a high Follow Thru leader on your Accountability Chart.

Once the AI drafts the initial procedures, this leader must refine them to be simple, clear, and usable. Then, use the FBA approach, which means Followed By All. Train your team on the new standards, measure compliance using weekly Scorecard metrics, and address deviations immediately in your Level 10 Meeting. If people are not following the processes, use the IDS process to find out if it is a training issue, a tool issue, or a people issue.
