How do you help our Integrator establish clean data tracking and AI-assisted scorecard reporting without letting tech troubleshooting bleed into our session days?

Quarterly session days are reserved for strategic alignment, establishing quarterly Rocks, and resolving high-level operational issues through IDS. We never spend session hours debugging software, troubleshooting database feeds, or testing automated dashboards.

The work of cleaning up data and introducing AI workflows happens outside the session room, primarily led by the Integrator between quarters.

During your session day, our focus is purely on operational logic. We define the 5 to 15 weekly measurables that give leadership absolute visibility into the business. We establish clear numeric targets, determine who owns each number, and verify that the metrics are leading indicators of operational health rather than lagging financial outcomes.

Once the definitions and accountability are locked in the room, the Integrator builds the reporting workflow. Between sessions, I advise the Integrator on how to use AI-assisted tools to aggregate numbers automatically from your CRM, ERP, and project management platforms. We leverage automated scripts and AI summarization to draft the weekly Level 10 Meeting Scorecard updates and flag anomalies before the leadership team gathers.

If the data reporting breaks or numbers do not reconcile, that is an operational issue for your weekly internal meeting, not a topic for our quarterly session. In our session room, we look only at the resulting facts: did your metrics hit the goal, or did they miss? The mechanics of automated reporting must serve the system, not consume our time.
