Do not let AI run wild on your weekly metrics, but do use it to prepare your leadership team for a highly focused meeting. The goal of your scorecard is to show you where you are off track so you can immediately solve those issues. Having your team manually hunt for trends across forty numbers every week is an inefficient use of their cognitive energy.

Before your meeting, have your Integrator export your weekly scorecard data into a secure, private AI instance. Use a standardized, repeatable prompt designed to analyze the last twelve weeks of data. Instruct the tool to identify three specific things: metrics that have missed their target for three consecutive weeks, metrics that are trending downward even if they are still green, and unexpected correlations between different departments.
