As an owner driving AI-powered operations, using technology to streamline your Level 10 Meeting™ prep is smart, but you must be careful not to outsource accountability. AI can easily summarize weekly progress or pull metrics from your database, but it cannot feel the weight of a missed Rock or a red scorecard number.

To use AI effectively, let it handle the administrative heavy lifting. You can use an AI tool to aggregate data from your CRM or financial software and populate your Scorecard before the meeting. You can also have leaders use voice-to-text AI tools to quickly draft their weekly updates.

However, the human element must remain front and center when the meeting starts. The leader of each seat on the Accountability Chart must still own their numbers and progress. They must look their peers in the eye, even on a screen, and say, my metric is red and I need to drop it down to the Issues List.
