If your leadership team is spending ten minutes of your Level 10 Meeting™ debating the accuracy of your automated data, you have a process issue, not a data issue. The weekly pulse is designed for solving operational problems, not for auditing software integrations or arguing over spreadsheet formulas.

To solve this, you must establish a rule: the scorecard data must be finalized, validated, and locked twenty-four hours before the meeting starts. The leader accountable for that specific metric on the Accountability Chart is solely responsible for ensuring its accuracy.

If a leader disputes a number during the scorecard review, the facilitator must immediately stop the debate. Do not allow the team to open tabs or search for the discrepancy. Put a To-Do on the list for the accountable leader to audit the data and report back.

If the data is consistently wrong, that is a separate issue that must be added to the Issues List and solved during IDS®.
