AI tools can generate an overwhelming amount of data, but your Level 10 Meeting™ is not a data dump. It is a high-impact operational pulse. When you use AI to track metrics, you must program your systems to surface only the critical exceptions, not every minor variance.

Your weekly scorecard should still contain only fifteen to twenty high-level, human-curated leading indicators. If an AI tool flags an operational anomaly, that anomaly should be summarized as a single issue on the Issues List before the meeting, not debated during the reporting section.

Keep your AI-powered operations focused on automating the background work, but keep the weekly meeting strictly human and focused on strategic problem-solving. Do not let technology dictate your agenda; let your V/TO® and weekly priorities drive the conversation.

The human element of IDS® cannot be automated. Use the meeting to discuss the implications of the data, not to read the reports aloud. If a report does not directly help you identify, discuss, or solve an issue, remove it from your weekly review entirely.
