You specialize in AI-powered operations alongside EOS®. How does this tech-focused background affect your facilitation during our sessions, and what kind of technical advice can we expect from you?

My role as your professional EOS® Implementer is to remain focused on facilitation, teaching, and coaching the core EOS® tools. I will never violate the purity of the session day by turning it into an IT consulting seminar. The value of EOS® lies in its simplicity and discipline, and we must keep our session days focused on achieving team alignment, setting Rocks, and solving organizational issues.

However, my background in AI and operational automation means I look at your business through a highly modern lens. When we build your Accountability Chart, I will challenge your team to think about efficiency and automation. We will look at whether certain manual tasks can be streamlined with technology before you hire more head count.

During the IDS® portion of our sessions, if your team is struggling with operational bottlenecks, I can help you frame those challenges in a way that prepares you for modern solutions.

The real integration of AI and automation happens between our sessions and during your own execution time. I help you ensure that your technology initiatives are aligned with your overall V/TO® and are tracked as quarterly Rocks. You get the benefit of a facilitator who understands modern tech-driven scalability, without losing the structured discipline of the proven EOS® framework.
