Our weekly Level 10 Meeting is efficient, but our Integrator spends too much time after the meeting cleaning up notes, assigning task owners, and translating issues into To-Dos. How do we pull AI into our weekly meeting workflow without distracting from the real-time human IDS process?

The weekly Level 10 Meeting™ relies on human energy, connection, and real-time conflict resolution. You must never let AI replace the active problem-solving that happens during the IDS® portion of your meeting. However, you can use AI to eliminate the administrative drag that happens immediately after the meeting concludes.

To integrate AI cleanly, record your meeting and use a dedicated meeting assistant tool to capture the raw transcript. Do not let the AI participate or speak during the meeting. Instead, set a clear rule that the AI is purely a silent observer.

Once the meeting ends, have the AI process the transcript using three specific guidelines:

- Generate a concise summary of the decisions made during the IDS® session.

- Extract every agreed-upon To-Do with its assigned owner and deadline.

- Draft brief context notes for any issues that were tabled or pushed to the next week.

Your Integrator must remain the owner of the meeting record. Instead of spending an hour writing notes from scratch, the Integrator simply spends five minutes reviewing, editing, and approving the AI-generated task list before publishing it to the team. This preserves the absolute human accountability required by the EOS® framework while freeing up your Integrator to focus on leading, managing, and holding people accountable.
