You can solve this by setting up a simple automated workflow using an integration tool connected to your meeting management software.

Every week, twenty-four hours before your Level 10 Meeting, run a script that pulls your raw Issues List and feeds it into an AI API. Instruct the AI to group similar issues into distinct buckets, identify potential systemic bottlenecks based on past meeting notes, and flag duplicate entries.

Have the system generate a one-page summary that groups the issues by department, links them to active Rocks or Scorecard metrics, and proposes a prioritized top three list for the leadership team to review.

This does not replace the human decision of what to IDS, but it strips away the operational theater. It moves your team from spending fifteen minutes organizing the list to immediately identifying, discussing, and solving the issues that actually matter.
