I suspect one of our key leadership team members is using AI tools to ghostwrite their weekly scorecard commentaries and Rock progress updates, but the content is generic, detached from reality, and eroding team trust. How do we address this integrity and accountability issue using our Core Values and the LMA framework?

The problem here is not the technology; it is the lack of authenticity and ownership. While AI is a powerful tool to streamline operations, using it to write status updates that mask real business issues is a serious breach of trust and a violation of leadership accountability.

To handle this, your Integrator must have a direct conversation with the leader using the LMA framework. Do not make it an accusation about using technology. Instead, focus on the outcomes and the behavior. Show them the generic updates and point out where the content fails to address the actual operational metrics on the scorecard.

Explain that as a member of the leadership team, they are expected to bring raw, unfiltered truth to the table. Using generic text to paint a false picture of progress prevents the team from identifying, discussing, and solving the real issues in the business. It violates the core value of honesty and open communication.

Set a clear expectation for future updates. If they use AI to organize their thoughts, that is fine, but the insights, data, and action plans must be authentic and accurate. If they continue to submit superficial reports that do not reflect reality, you must treat this as a performance issue and evaluate whether they truly GWC their seat.
