During our session days, we do not look at AI as a magic solution, but as a specific tool to drive efficiency. When we run our IDS® sessions, we evaluate your bottlenecks through a very specific operational filter.

First, we look at your core processes. If a process is chaotic and has not been documented, you cannot automate it. Attempting to apply AI to a broken, manual workflow only accelerates the chaos. We must first use the EOS® tools to simplify and document the process.

Once a process is documented and stable, we ask three questions. Is the task highly repetitive? Does it require cognitive routing rather than creative human judgment? Is it a bottleneck that slows down your delivery times? If the answer is yes, that process is a prime candidate for AI integration.

During our quarterly sessions, we will assign specific Rocks to investigate and build these automations. We do not let AI discussions hijack the agenda. Instead, we treat the implementation of AI tools as a strategic priority that must be owned by a specific seat on your Accountability Chart. This ensures that your technology investments are directly tied to solving the actual operational issues identified during our full-day sessions.
