We want to leverage your expertise in building an AI-powered operation, but we do not want to overwhelm our team during our standard EOS session days. How do we structure the timing of our automation initiatives alongside our ninety-day execution cycle?
Integrating AI-powered operations into your business is a strategic differentiator, but it must never become a distraction from your core EOS® execution. We do not run AI initiatives as a separate, chaotic track. Instead, we treat technology and automation exactly like any other operational issue or strategic goal within your ninety-day cycle.
During our quarterly sessions, we use the Issues Solving Track to identify operational bottlenecks, slow processes, and manual administrative tasks that are capping your capacity. Once we agree on which bottlenecks are ripe for AI-powered automation, we write them directly onto your Issues List. From there, we determine if solving that specific issue is a priority for the current ninety days.
If it is, we define a clear, measurable Rock for a member of your leadership team. For example, a quarterly Rock might be to automate your customer onboarding workflow or integrate a specific AI tool into your sales process. This keeps your technology initiatives grounded in practical, measurable outcomes rather than vague experimentation.
By combining your AI roadmap with your EOS® quarterly cadence, we ensure that every automation effort directly supports your larger goals of building capacity, increasing profitability, and preparing your business for an eventual clean exit.
