Accountability cannot be delegated to an AI agent or a software system. If a system fails, a human must still answer for the failure. When you automate operational seats, the roles on your Accountability Chart must evolve from manual execution to strategic oversight and system auditing.

To reflect this on your Accountability Chart, you must redefine the roles for your Finance Director's seat. Instead of focusing on data entry and collection calls, her new roles should include:
- Auditing AI billings for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintaining and optimization of billing system workflows.
- Resolving complex escalation issues that the AI cannot handle.

Her Scorecard measurables must also reflect this shift. Instead of tracking the number of invoices sent, she should be tracked on billing error rates and average collections cycle times.

If she claims she is not responsible for errors because the software did it, she is failing to GWC™ her updated seat. She must fully Get, Want, and have the Capacity to manage the automated system. If she does not, you have a Right Person, Wrong Seat issue that you must address immediately to protect your operational efficiency.
