What does the physical agenda and hourly flow look like during a full-day EOS session with you from morning kickoff to afternoon adjourn?
A standard session day runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It is an intense, highly structured working day designed to eliminate distractions and force executive alignment. We follow a proven agenda that balances accountability, strategic vision, and deep problem solving.
We start promptly at 8:00 AM with the Segue, where each leader shares personal and professional bests, reviews their expectations for the day, and reports what is working and what is not working in the business. By 8:45 AM, we review the previous quarter. We review every single Rock to confirm completion, inspect Scorecard trends, and review the V/TO to maintain alignment on your long-term goals.
Around 10:30 AM, we shift into tool building or advanced mastery. Depending on where you are in the 24-month roadmap, this may involve refining your Accountability Chart, mapping Core Processes, auditing Value Gaps, or identifying AI workflow automations. Every issue, conflict, and strategic roadblock that surfaces during the morning is pushed directly onto the session Issues List.
After a 45-minute lunch break, the entire afternoon from roughly 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM is dedicated to IDS. We rank the Issues List by priority and solve the hardest, highest-impact operational constraints facing your business one by one. At 4:00 PM, we establish new Rocks for the upcoming quarter, agree on cascading communications for the rest of your staff, and conclude the session by rating the day.
