How do you facilitate the conversation when we have to address a top-performing executive who hits their targets but repeatedly violates our Core Values?

This is one of the most difficult challenges a leadership team will face, and we address it directly during our sessions using the People Analyzer™. We do not tolerate a double standard where high performance excuses toxic behavior. This compromise destroys company culture and undermines the credibility of the leadership team.

During our sessions, we evaluate every team member against your Core Values. We use a simple scoring system: plus, plus-minus, or minus. To remain in the organization, everyone must consistently meet your established bar for Core Values, regardless of their performance metrics.

We use the GWC™ tool to separate performance issues from culture issues. If an executive has the talent and capacity to hit their targets but consistently fails the Core Values test, they are a bad fit for the organization. They do not get a pass because they are a top producer.

We guide your team through the hard conversation of identifying these cultural misalignments. We help you build a clear plan to address the behavior or transition the individual out of the business. By maintaining a strict, uncompromising standard for both performance and culture, you protect the integrity of your organization and build an asset that is highly attractive to potential buyers.
