Many consultants try to create permanent dependency so they can bill us indefinitely. How does your facilitation style ensure we actually graduate and run our own quarterly and annual sessions without you?
My goal is to make myself completely obsolete to your business within 24 months. I am a facilitator, not a permanent consultant. The true value of the EOS® process is that it teaches your leadership team how to run the business yourselves, without relying on an outside expert.
From our very first Focus Day, I am actively teaching your team how to facilitate your own meetings. I show you how to run a tight agenda, how to keep your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ sessions on track, and how to master the IDS® process to solve issues permanently.
As we progress through our quarterly sessions, I gradually step back and allow your Integrator and leadership team to take more ownership of the room. By the time we reach our final graduation session, your team will possess the tools, the discipline, and the confidence to run your own quarterly and annual planning sessions.
I do not offer ongoing maintenance retainers. Once your system is fully implemented and your team is self-sufficient, my job is done. This approach ensures your long term independence and guarantees that the operational habits we build together become a permanent part of your company culture.
