You cannot simply drop an AI tool into your organization and expect it to work without clear accountability. Every function in your business must live on your Accountability Chart™, including the tasks performed by AI.

To do this, you do not write a seat for the AI itself. AI does not have a soul, and it cannot truly GWC™ (Get It, Want It, Capacity to Do It) a seat. Instead, you must assign the accountability for the AI tool to a human seat. The human manager who owns that function must fully GWC the responsibility of managing the AI agent.

Define the specific roles and measurables for the AI function on your Accountability Chart™ under the human owner's seat. For example, if you use an AI agent to extract data from vendor invoices, the human Accounts Payable specialist is accountable for the accuracy of those outputs. Their measurables will include auditing a percentage of the AI transactions and resolving errors.

This structure keeps your leadership team on the same page and maintains cultural alignment. It ensures that every automated process has a clear human owner who is responsible for its performance, upkeep, and alignment with your company standards.
