How should we expect our Accountability Chart to evolve from our initial Focus Day through the end of our twenty-four-month journey with you?

Your Accountability Chart is not a static organogram. It is a dynamic tool that will change significantly over our twenty-four-month engagement. On our first Focus Day, we build the initial Accountability Chart. This phase is about stripping away personal titles and defining the core functions of your business: marketing and sales, operations, and finance. We clarify who is responsible for what and identify where people are sitting in multiple seats.

As we progress through the first year, the chart evolves to handle your growing capacity. We begin to separate blended seats, define sub-departments, and elevate your leaders into their true strategic roles. This is where we often address GWC™ issues, ensuring we have the right people in the right seats.

By the second year, the focus shifts toward scalability and exit readiness. We refine the chart to transition tribal knowledge from key individuals into documented, automated processes. If the owner is preparing for an exit, we use this period to systematically delegate the Visionary or Integrator responsibilities to successor leaders.

By the time we complete our twenty-four-month journey, your Accountability Chart will have transitioned from a reflection of your current messy reality into a highly structured blueprint for future growth. It becomes the foundational framework that allows your business to run smoothly without the owner's constant daily intervention.
